Q: What happens after I make my purchase online?

A: You will receive a receipt for your purchase via email. You must pick up your tickets or passes in person at the festival Box Office during opening hours; Wednesday, Nov 8th 10-5:00 pm or Nov. 9th-12th during the festival. For ticket and pass questions, please call Nela Forney at 205-253-3384 or visit our FAQ page.

Q: Where is the festival Box Office?

A: The Box Office is located inside the Fairhope Welcome Center at 20 North Section St., Fairhope AL 36532.

Q: What are the festival box office operating hours?

A: Official FFF Box Office hours are: Wednesday, November 8th 10 am  to 5 pm, Thursday, Nov. 9th 9:00 am to 6 pm, Friday, Nov. 10th 9:00 to 6:00 pm; Saturday, Nov. 11th 10:00 am to 5:00 pm; and Sunday, Nov. 12th 10:00 to 1:00 pm.

Q: What if I have questions about festival passes & event tickets or an order I’ve placed through website?

A: For ticket and pass questions, please call Nela Forney at 205-253-3384 or visit our FAQ page. We will also assist you in person at Box Office during operating hours.

Q: When do online ticket sales end?

A: November 7th at 8 AM Central, we will stop all ticket and pass sales over the internet.

Q: How much do individual film tickets cost?

A: Individual film tickets will be sold for $15 at the box office/venues only. But keep in mind that you will get a much better value by buying 6-Pack and Weekend Pack Passes! 6- pack can be shared. Weekend passes cannot be shared.

Q: Where can I buy individual tickets for films?

A: Individual tickets will only be for sale at the venues prior to film screenings or the party venue.

Q: Can a festival pass be used for entry to the events?

A: Yes, the Weekend Pass gives you access to all the movies during the festival and the Street Party.  The 6 pack is good for movies only.  VIP and All Access have access to all movies and party.

Q: When should I show up to see a film?

A: We encourage you to be in line for your film at least 25 minutes before the published start time.

All-Access Pass holders (FFF sponsors) are allowed into venues 20 minutes before the start of each film.
Weekend Pass holders will be allowed into the venues 15 minutes before the start of each film, then 6-Packs.
Same-Day Purchase Ticket holders will be allowed into venues 10 minutes before the start of each film.

Q: Are there any refunds for unused tickets or passes?

A: No, there will be no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets or passes for the festival and events. We appreciate your support of the Fairhope Film Festival a 501(c)3.

Q: Does my festival pass or individual ticket guarantee me a seat for the film I want to see?

A: No. The passes and individual tickets can be used to see any film as long as there are seats available, but there is no reserved seating for anyone, and no ticket is specific to any one film. The best way to make sure you will get to see a particular film is to pick up your passes and tickets in advance at the Box Office, and show up early (25 minutes suggested) before the film start time.

Q: Can more than one person see a film with the same pass?

A: YES, at film goers requests, film passes may be used for 2 individual admissions at film screenings with a 6-pack pass.  Weekend passes are for one person only.

Q: Will there be Festival merchandise available for purchase during the festival?

A: Yes, there will be a Merchandise/Information Tent located on Section Street, near Clock Corner.  There will be various  items for 2017 and also 2016 items still available for purchase.  General Festival information and bottled water for purchase will also be available. Hours:  Thursday & Friday:  11 am –  8 pm;  Saturday 10 am – 8 pm and Sunday:  11 am – 3 pm.
